HeritEonPrivacy and site data
This page describes the data used by this website and its file-sharing area.
Language preference
Your language choice is stored in this browser. The server may use its local IP database to suggest a language; the suggestion is cached in a cookie.
Accounts and files
Signing in uses an authentication cookie. Shared files are stored on the server, with their names, sizes, expiry times and download limits recorded in the database. Anyone with a valid download link can access its file.
File expiry
A background task removes expired files and files whose download allowance has been used. Contact us about your account or shared files.
Questions about site data:
[email protected]Account registration
When registration is enabled, we use Cloudflare Turnstile to check automated requests and send an email to confirm your address. An unconfirmed request expires after one hour. A confirmed account does not automatically receive access to product testing.
